The one loop is for securing the ribbon and the other loop is for securing the bow to the doggie hair. Many occasions, we have been asked how to make canine bows keep on the doggie hair. Our advise is that you need to tie the loop about the doggie hair at least 3 or more occasions. The specialty rubber band we use is very elastic which tends to make it possible for you to tie as numerous times as you can so that it can keep on the doggie hair. For illustration, I have a eight LB Shih Tzu with extremely fine hair, so I in fact tie close to the Shih Tzu hair for at least six times to permit the bows to keep on.
