    I bought this for my dog to wear on game days. It's jersey mesh material and has a loop to thread the collar through so that it doesn't get bunched up and twisted around when she's wearing it. The size is a little deceptive though. I bought a M/L for my dog who is actually a size small in everything else at only 17 pounds. Still, it's cute and she loves wearing it!
