    The purpose of the this item: Chew toy for puppy.

    Pros:
    Very durable. My 4 Month old Dachshund has razor sharp teeth and this KONG is taking the piercing from his teeth like a champ.

    Easy to clean. I usually try to clean the toy after every use with just warm running water and a sink sponge.

    The medium size is perfect for my 7 pound dachshund puppy.

    The material is perfect for a puppy. Its easy on his developing jaws.

    Cons:
    Because the material is rubber it can get dirty pretty easily. I don't really see any way around this so I just clean it after every use.

    Value for money?
    The KONG has tremendous value for the money. If I know I'm going to be busy out in the garage or doing yard work. I fill the KONG with his favorite treats and he can have at it.

    Let's be real: It says Puppy Kong, so it's on the small side. But my full size dog bites the hell out of this thing and it's Kong tough. If you are familiar with Kong chew toys, you know that means the thing is damn near indestructible. If they ever wrap this material around a car I will buy that car and enter it into a demolition derby. This toy is big enough to stuff with two baby carrots, jerky, or Newman's Own heart shaped dog biscuits and entertain my pooch for 5-10 minutes.

    I have a love hate relationship with kongs. They're way too expensive for starters. I like the larger ones for stuffing and freezing, great for preventing separation anxiety, just give them the stuffed kong before you leave, works like a charm. PIA to clean however, especially these puppy sized ones. I don't have a dishwasher so getting PB washed out is nearly impossible, no way a bottle washer fits in that hole. And thats about the only thing I think they're good for, mine don't like to chew on them as they're too big to get their mouths around (Border collies). Maybe a larger mouthed breed would chew on them, I don't know but mine just don't.

    I bought this for my teething puppy. He loves it and is always excited when I give it to him because there just might be a treat in there.
    It does get gross after rolling around on the floor, but it’s easy to clean with a little soap and water. It did get marked up from sharp puppy teeth pretty quickly and will need to be replaced in the future, but he might be onto the next size by then.
    It is small which is perfect for my pug but larger dog breeds will probably grow out of it a quite bit faster.
    10/10 would buy again.
