    Runs very small but I knew that from previous reviews so u got a medium and it's a little big which is perfect for my 3 lb shih tzu puppy because it has room for growth the other dresses I bought were smalls which were Also from the same person and they fit perfect I got a dress from pet supplies plus and it was an xs so that tells u they all run a size and a half smaller than what ur pup would normall wear. Super adorable tho and pretty good fabric for my nibbley puppy.
