This is a quality leash- good weight with a sturdy clasp. I love the paw print design, and the feminine pink for the puppy I'm waiting for (not born yet !). I'm grieving the loss of my schnauzer of 11.75 years, who died just 6 days ago by getting ready for the new 'baby'... not to replace, but to fill that dog-shaped hole in my heart. Having fun getting new things for the next dog helps. This is a great leash for a medium sized (adult weight of 12-17 pounds, imo). The reinforced 'overlap' that holds the clasp is well done, and I won't worry about it coming loose.

Broken leash - dog ran away
Same problem as other reported... We just had a very traumatic experience with our one year old wheaten using this leash. We purchased the blue 3/4" W 6' L leash with paw prints on June 2nd from Amazon.com. Today, not 3 months later, the 360 degree swivel/clasp part broke during a walk and our dog ran. We live on a heavily traveled road and this was very scary. Luckily we were able to grab him before any further incident, but I've never had a leash break in this manor. We're so disappointed that, as attractive as these leashes are, we can't with a good mind use one from this manufacturer again after this event.
