I got this to provide a home for a litter of kittens I was fostering until they could be adopted. The size is great, and it has held up well to tiny claws. As the cats got older and could climb to reach the top, they did manage to shred the zipper a bit, but it still functions well and closes completely. The side doors are very handy too, for reaching in and interacting with the animals without towering over them. The plasticized bottom keeps water spills contained, and can be easily cleaned with a hose and scrubby brush. It's a bit tricky to fold up until you get the hang of it (the trick is to unzip the bottom panel as well, and tuck the corners together), but it slides nicely into the provided carrying case for travel or storage.
