“DELUXE PUPPY PACKAGE” As requested, this set includes CollarSafe’s bands & nylon “snap” collars packaged together, as some breeders prefer to use the “bands” on younger pups and then switch over to the “collars” as pups get older & go with them to their new “fur”ever homes.
